Hybrid Tech Talent Resourcer for Transformation Programs

Stellar Omada is seeking a Resourcer to support the UK’s leading transformation programmes. You’ll own the full 360° recruitment lifecycle for technical, digital and consulting roles, from intake meeting to offer acceptance and onboarding.

You’ll source candidates across multi-channel channels, assess with rigour, and partner with Practice Leads and Sales Leads to optimise time-to-fill and quality of hire while delivering a premium candidate experience.
