Family Help Worker — Hybrid/Early-Help Specialist

Wirral Council is seeking a passionate Family Worker to deliver early help and targeted support to children, young people and families across Wirral. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to build trusted relationships, deliver assessments and strengths-based interventions that improve parenting capacity and child wellbeing.

The role supports the Families First for Children reforms, offering supervision, training and development opportunities within the Family Help and Family Hub model.
