Senior Manager, Regulatory & Financial Crime Assurance

HSBC in Jersey seeks a Senior Manager – Compliance Assurance CIIOM to lead risk-based assurance over RC/FC controls, aligned with HSBC’s RMF. The role sits under the Head of RC Assurance, IWPB, overseeing planning, fieldwork, issue validation, reporting and follow‑up across RC/FC themes.

You will cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders, regulators and Internal Audit, ensuring assurance outputs translate into actionable insights and robust control improvements across HSBC.
