A leading professional services firm (Legal) is looking for a Senior BD Executive to join its close-knit Marketing & BD team.

The Role
You’ll be the senior go-to for one or more key sectors, working directly with Partners and fee-earners to deliver BD plans that move the needle. Expect real autonomy and the chance to get stuck into the full BD mix: thought leadership, directory submissions, events, and cross-selling — plus coaching junior team members.
You’ll be:
- Leading BD plans and budgets for a group of departments
- Running BD meetings, spotting opportunities and hot topics
- Managing events, conferences, and thought leadership campaigns
- Supporting directory/award submissions and credentials
- Tracking new business opportunities and targets
- Conducting client, competitor, and market research
- Facilitating cross-selling across the group
About You
- 2-3 years’ Marketing/BD experience at Executive level within professional services (law firm background ideal)
- Experience managing BD plans, budgets, and senior stakeholders
- Strong track record in BD, events, and project management
- Sharp attention to detail, strong time management
- Proactive, flexible, team-oriented, great communicator
