Hybrid Housing Administrator — Regional Support in Morden

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a full-time Regional Housing Administrator to join our Neighbourhood team in Morden on a hybrid basis. You will report communal repairs to contractors, maintain records, handle customer enquiries, liaise with contractors and raise Purchase Orders.

You will also manage lettings records, assist with inspections and cover reception at Morden when required. Candidates should have customer service experience, strong written records, and the ability to analyse data
