Lead Production Shift Manager — Food Safety & Quality

Cranswick Plc is seeking a motivated Production Shift Manager for our Hull facility. The role focuses on delivering the daily production plan cost-effectively while ensuring compliance with GMP, food hygiene and health & safety standards.

You will supervise a multi-skilled team on a 4 on/4 off B Day shift and drive performance across the line. You will lead and develop Senior Line Leaders and Technicians, monitor production targets, and manage material readiness.
