Hands-On Hotel Operations Leader | Grow Revenue & Service

The Hickstead Hotel in West Sussex (near Gatwick & Brighton) seeks an experienced, energetic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our 52-bedroom hotel, with restaurant and bar, and an expanding conferences, weddings and events business.

This role requires on-floor leadership, strong F&B, weddings and events experience, and the ability to lead, motivate and develop a hotel team while managing labour, purchasing, margins and costs.
