Health Centre Facilities & Building Manager

Sewell Group is seeking a Building Manager in Hull to oversee two health centres. You’ll manage maintenance, porterage, safety compliance, and tenant coordination across the facilities, reporting to the Facilities Manager. A trades background and proactive approach are essential.

Extra duties include supporting emergency response, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring high service standards. An Enhanced DBS check is required and some out‑of‑hours work may be necessary.
