Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Senior Guest Service Manager for Holiday Inn Ipswich to lead a multiskilled team across Front Office, Food & Beverage and Meetings & Events, driving service excellence and guest satisfaction.

You’ll receive full training to lead confidently across all front-facing areas and progress toward Operations or Hotel Manager roles. Reports to Hotel Manager and collaborates with other departments.
