Community Nurse: Home Care with Impact

HCRG Care Group invites applications for a Band 5 Community Nurse based around Sheppey, covering Sheppey, Sittingbourne and nearby villages. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in patients’ homes and local communities, assessing needs, planning and evaluating care with a multidisciplinary team.
