Regional Care Assistant – Flexible Bank Shifts (Driving)

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Regional Care Assistant to deliver warm, empathetic care across Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay and Taunton. You will travel within a 20-mile radius, driving your own car or having access to one, and cover shifts as needed.

Role focuses on person-centred care planning, monitoring residents’ wellbeing, and providing companionship during visits. Mileage is covered beyond five miles from home, with a potential bonus after inspections rated as Good.
