Waking Night Care Officer — Support for Children & Families

Wiltshire Council is recruiting a Waking Night’s Care Support Officer to provide overnight support for children and young people with complex needs. The role involves ten-hour night shifts and flexible coverage for planned leave and sick days.

A strong emphasis on safeguarding, confidentiality and a child‑centred approach is essential. Candidate experience in caring for children and young people is required, with an NCFE Health and Social Care Level 3 being desirable but not mandatory.
