Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist (Band 5)

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Community mental health teams in Hartlepool. The post requires HCPC registration and offers supported supervision by a band 7 senior OT.

The role involves community-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adults with mental health needs, supported by an MDT and onsite management. Sponsorship may be considered for eligible applicants.
