Senior Mental Health Recovery Specialist

BHT Sussex in Crawley is seeking a Senior Mental Health Recovery Worker to join the Pathfinder Service. This role focuses on recovery-focused one-to-one and group interventions, risk assessments, and managing a small caseload of clients.

You will support individuals to identify needs and goals using a holistic, person-centred approach, helping them access local services that promote recovery and wellbeing.
