Paediatric Home Care Assistant – Support & Independence

City & County Healthcare Group seeks a dedicated care assistant to support a client at home and in the community. You will assist with mobility, medications, PEG feeding and catheter care for a young person with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy, living with their family.

Training will be provided, and you will work to promote independence while maintaining clear communication. Experience with challenging behaviours and paediatric care is valued.
