Care Assistant: Day/Night Support in Home & Community

Eden Futures is seeking a Support Worker to join our teams across Supported Living services, supporting individuals in their own homes and in the community. The role is based in the United Kingdom and pays £12.75 per hour (£29,835 annually for a 45-hour week).
