Lead Real Estate Fund Model & Portfolio Analyst

Michael Page is supporting a specialist PE Real Estate investor in a newly created role to own the master fund model across multiple asset classes, delivering financial analysis, liquidity monitoring and investor reporting for UK and European activity.

You will work with the Investment Director and SLT, coordinate with Asset Management and Development teams, stress-test assumptions, produce portfolio performance data and ad-hoc analysis to support business planning and valuations.
