Senior AV & IT Support Specialist

UCL is seeking an AV and IT Support Officer to deliver prompt, in-depth 2nd line IT support to staff, students and honorary holders. You will provide field, phone and remote support for incidents and service requests, and maintain UCL Managed Desktop environments.

The role covers desktop devices, networking, AV equipment and video conferencing, with the opportunity to work in a collaborative ISD team across campus.
