Flexible Social Worker – Children’s Disability & Family Support

East Sussex County Council is seeking a Social Worker to join our Children’s Disability Service in the Family Support Team. You will develop assessments, planning and interventions for disabled children and their families, contributing to integrated education, health and care planning and safeguarding.
