Part-Time Capital Projects & Facilities Coordinator

City College Plymouth is seeking an organised and commercially aware professional to coordinate planning and delivery of its specialist facilities and capital investments. You will work across estates, curriculum, procurement, finance, and partners to translate training needs into safe, compliant learning environments.

You will support capital projects from planning through to handover, monitor delivery and utilisation, and help ensure investments deliver strong value for money for learners.
