ContentQA-WhatYou’llbeDoing:

TestExecution

• Executefunctional,regressionandcrossdevicetestingacrosscampaignsandwebsitecontent,workingtothetestplanssetbytheContentQALead.
• Checkcontentagainsttheapprovedbrief,includingcopy,links,imagery,pricing,termsandcallstoaction.

DefectLogging&Reporting

• Raiseandlogbugs,issuesanddiscrepanciesclearly,withthedetailneededtoreproduceandfixthemwithoutafollowupconversation.
• Assignanaccurateseveritysothattheteamcanprioritise,andflaganythingthatwouldblockareleasestraighttotheContentQALead.

Localisation&StandardsChecks

• Checklocalisedcontentforaccuracy,completenessandcorrectregionalvariants,escalatinganythingthatreadsincorrectlyforamarket.
• Testagainstbrand,accessibilityandcompliancechecklistsassetbytheQALeadandManager.

TeamContribution

• SupporttheContentQALeadduringpeakcampaignperiodsandhighvolumereleasecycles.
• Contributetotestcasesandchecklists,andsuggestimprovementswhereacheckisrepeatedlycatchingthesameissue.

ContentQA-TheSkillsYou’llNeedtoSucceed:

• AdvancedexperiencewithAEM(AdobeExperienceManager)
• PreviousexperienceinQA,digitalproduction,webpublishingoracomparabledetailfocusedrole.
• Someexposuretodigitalcampaigns,CMSplatformsorconsumerwebsites.
• ComfortableusingQAandticketingtoolssuchasJira,andwillingtolearntoolssuchasBrowserStackandCMSplatforms.
