Paralegal — Professional Negligence Defense

DWF is seeking a Solicitor or Associate for its Financial and Professional Risks team based in Leeds or Manchester. You will handle your own caseload advising insurers and defending professionals in respect of allegations of professional negligence.

You will progress defence of pre-action and lit­igated claims under partner supervision, prepare court documents and budgets, and build technical and commercial knowledge through training and supervised work.
