Powder Production Operator – 12‑Hour Shifts, Automated

Arla Foods is hiring a proactive Production Operative for our Westbury Dairy site, the UK’s largest butter and powder facility. You will operate high-speed processing and packing equipment in the Powder department, with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency, and you will receive full training.

The role follows a Continental Shift pattern with 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights and some weekends (2 weekends per month). We offer a competitive salary and benefits to support your growth.
