Winter Events Ticketing & Customer Operations Associate

Mari is seeking friendly, organised Ticketing & Customer Operations Assistants to join our winter events team in Holborn, London. You will support customers across Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, Glide at Battersea Power Station and Windsor Great Park Illuminated, responding to enquiries by email and phone.

This fast-paced role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under high-volume enquiries.
