Retail Operations Assistant — Stock & Deliveries

Marks & Spencer Plc is looking for an Operations Assistant to support stock, deliveries and behind-the-scenes work in our store operations. The role calls for physical stamina, fast pace, and a readiness to work across the wider store to meet retail needs.

Shifts run during late-night hours with an unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours between 22:00 and 06:00. This is a hands-on, high-intensity position that keeps the store running smoothly for customers.
