Maintenance Technician – Building & Facilities (North London)

Tech-People seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in North London (N1). The role covers day-to-day building and workplace maintenance, reactive repairs and basic planned tasks, plus basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical work.

You will maintain furniture and fittings, update records in workplace management systems, and liaise with contractors to keep the site safe, functional and presentable. Start ASAP, 45 hours per week.
