Warehouse Shift Supervisor — Lead Safe, Lean & Efficient

Barrett Steel Limited, via its Lilleshall Steel Services unit in Gloucester, is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead the warehouse shifts, drive process improvements and ensure Health & Safety standards are followed.

This hands-on role involves picking orders, operating saws, moving stock with forklifts and cranes, and developing the shift team to meet objectives.

Hours are 05:30–14:00 and 13:30–22:00 on rotating shifts; a competitive package, pension and benefits are on offer.
