Customer Service & Betting Terminal Specialist (Part-Time)

William Hill in Liverpool is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to be at the heart of our high-street experience. You will welcome customers, process bets, assist with queries, and demonstrate betting terminals while building relationships.

You’ll champion safer gambling, support shop displays, and cover opening/closing duties as part of a rota that includes evenings and weekends. The role offers training and development in a friendly, energetic team.
