Assistant Maintenance Manager – Park Operations & Team Lead

Parkdean Resorts is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead a dedicated team across our UK holiday parks. You will support the Maintenance Manager in delivering repairs, snagging, and planned works for holiday homes and park facilities.

You will bring leadership experience in maintenance, with trades knowledge in carpentry or plumbing, and a strong focus on landscaping, safety, and efficient operations within a busy resort environment.
