Night Shift Leader – Flexible Retail Management

Tesco is hiring a Night Shift Lead to drive the store’s nightly operations and team leadership. You will ensure a great customer experience while supervising a multi-area shift from 22:00 to 07:00, working with colleagues across departments.

You’ll report to the store manager and help uphold Tesco’s standards for service, efficiency and safety. Role requires prior team leadership in retail, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
