Onsite Birmingham Operations Associate – Warehouse & Fleet

Lime is hiring an In-Warehouse Junior Operations Associate to join our Operations team in Birmingham. You’ll help manage day-to-day warehouse operations, support mechanic teams, oversee parts and inventory, and drive safety and efficiency across shifts.

As a hands-on, data-driven problem solver, you will analyse warehouse data, set performance KPIs, and collaborate with fleet, logistics, engineering, and product teams to ensure high vehicle standards and smooth operations.
