SEMH Learning Support Assistant: Nurture & Inspire

Academics are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a SEMH school in Canterbury, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning, emotional and behavioural needs. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, help pupils engage with lessons, and work with teachers to develop positive relationships, emotional regulation and social skills throughout the school day.

Experience in SEN/SEMH or challenging behaviour is advantageous, and a patient, compassionate approach is essential
