Sushi Chef & Team Lead – Sunrise Shifts (Edinburgh)

Hana Group in Edinburgh is seeking a Sushi Chef to join multiple locations. You will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, labeling for food safety and allergen compliance, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts can start as early as 6am, and you will be expected to work as part of a team or on your own while upholding brand standards and company policies. Reliable transportation is preferred.
