Empowering Pastoral Support Officer – Secondary School

Philosophy Education is assisting a popular secondary school in Ealing, West London to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker starting ASAP during term-time. You will join the inclusion and student development team to support learning and wellbeing.

You’ll help students overcome barriers, liaise with tutors and SEN, monitor behaviour and attendance, and contribute to whole-school wellbeing initiatives.
