Impactful Charity Shop Assistant Manager — Retail Lead

Oak Tree Animals’ Charity is seeking a full‑time Assistant Manager for our Hexham charity shop. You will lead shop activities, recruit and train volunteers, and work with the management team to maximise funds for the charity.

You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure income targets are met, and manage shop accounting procedures, including cash reconciliation and till processes. A background in charity retail is highly valued.
