Monstera Talent is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the Brighton team. You will engage customers face-to-face across retail environments and events, introducing products and services while delivering excellent service.

No previous sales experience is required as full training and ongoing coaching are provided, with clear progression paths into senior roles and management in the Brighton area. This is a full-time, in-person position with weekly pay.
