Relief Care Worker – Empower Independent Living

Praxis Care is seeking a Relief Support Worker for the Foyle Mental Health and Stepdown Service to assist individuals with complex needs in developing independent living skills and personal care as outlined in person-centred plans.

You will work with Team Leaders to implement support programmes, promote a safe environment, and follow Medication Policy where needed; join a committed team upholding respect and dignity in line with Praxis Care values.
