Walk-In Centre Receptionist & Customer Service

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking motivated reception/administrative staff to join the Walk in Centre team across City Walk In, Smithdown Walk In, Garston UTC and Old Swan UTC in Liverpool.

You will provide front desk services, manage appointments, handle calls, and support patient administration while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards. The role offers full-time and part-time shifts within an 8am–8pm rota, including weekends.
