Night Senior Care Supervisor – Dementia Care

Bath and North East Somerset Council is recruiting for a casual supervisory role at Cleeve Court, Bath. You will support the Registered Manager with daily operations, supervise staff, cover rotas, and conduct audits in a dementia care setting.

The role requires knowledge of CQC regulations, a proactive approach to policy adherence, and eligibility for enhanced DBS checks. A welcome payment of 5% of starting salary applies on probationary completion where eligible.
