two long-term SEND Teaching Assistants
to support pupils in both Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3settings within a specialist provision in Derby. These roles offer stability, structure and the chance to make a meaningful impact with pupils who benefit from consistent, nurturing support.The role
Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and behavioural needs
Working 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils engage positively
Creating a calm, structured learning environment
Collaborating with teachers and behaviour leads
Attending a weekly planning/review meeting every Wednesday until 4:30pm
What were looking for
Experience, or awareness of SEND, SEMH, PRU or alternative provision
A calm, patient and resilient approach
Someone reliable and committed to long-term work
Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
