We need someone who enjoys working with fresh food, takes pride in what they send out and can be relied upon to run their section well.Youll work alongside our Head Chef, Sous Chef and the rest of the kitchen team, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and take on more responsibility over time.What youll be doing
Preparing and cooking fresh food across our menusRunning your section confidently during serviceMaking sure dishes are consistent and well presentedKeeping your prep organised and your section ready for serviceWorking with and supporting other sections when neededFollowing our food safety and hygiene proceduresKeeping your section and the wider kitchen clean and organisedAbout you Were looking for someone with previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen.Youll need to be:Comfortable running a section during serviceOrganised and able to stay on top of things when it gets busyReliable and a good team playerConsistent in the quality and presentation of the food you produceKeen to learn and develop your skillsWed particularly like to hear from chefs who are looking to progress and take the next step in their career.Working pattern
