You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. This includes greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a positive visit/dining experience. You will also be responsible for handling payments and maintaining clean and organised area.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask. A knowledge of food and beverage is preferred but not required, as we provide training for all our staff.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery in the restaurant environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various beverages, cocktails, and drink preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous.
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
