We need someone who enjoys being out and about across the organisation, coaching, supporting, developing and inspiring colleagues to deliver outstanding care .What you’ll be doingYou’ll play a key role in developing a confident, skilled and capable workforce by:Delivering engaging health, social care and clinical skills training
Supporting induction, mandatory and specialist healthcare training
Completing competency assessments and observations
Working alongside managers and clinical teams to identify learning needs
Promoting safe, effective and person-centred support
Helping colleagues build the confidence and skills they need to make a real difference every day
No two days will be the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.About youWe’re looking for someone who:Has experience delivering training, coaching or assessing within health, social care or healthcare settings
Can engage learners with different experiences, abilities and learning styles
Understands person-centred care and what great support looks like
Enjoys building relationships and influencing positive practice
Has excellent communication skills and plenty of enthusiasm
Holds a training qualification (or is willing to work towards one)
