Rental Customer Care Specialist | Flexible Leave & Healthcare

Arnold Clark Group is hiring for a customer-facing role in Carlisle. The successful candidate will be part of a busy Rental team, delivering high service standards to customers, both in-branch and over the phone. The role requires flexibility, strong organisation, and commitment to quality customer service at all times.

Full time position: 45 hours/week across five days out of seven, with alternate weekends. Previous rental industry experience is welcome but not essential.
