Data Centre Service Desk Engineer – 12h Shifts & Benefits

Radius Consultancy is seeking a Data Centre Service Desk Engineer to cover shift-based hours at our London data centres. You will ensure incidents, events and requests are processed to agreed SLAs during your shift and provide value-added support to customers.

The role includes incident prioritisation and resolution, implementing IT infrastructure changes, and coordinating fault diagnosis across WAN, fibre and copper circuits.
