Quality Manager

• Develop and implement ISO-type standards and processes to ensure consistent quality.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
• Analyse quality data and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in working with sub-contract manufacturers is highly desirable.
