I’m on the lookout for a Technical Coordinator to join our team at a recognisable business on a permanent basis! What You’ll Do:
- Govern and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure high standards.
- Proactively identify and solve problems to improve quality performance.
- Support laboratory management and oversee QMS duties.
- Provide governance for weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage internal and external audits to maintain compliance.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
What They’re Looking For:
- Technical Coordinator/QSM/TSM/Senior QAM experience within a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of retailer codes of practice and BRC audit processes.
- HACCP Level 4 & Advanced Food Hygiene certification.
- Understanding of microbiology and food safety.
