Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of privately funded family matters including divorce, financial remedy, and children act disputes
• Handle TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act matters, child arrangements, and urgent injunctions
• Provide clear, empathetic, and commercially aware advice to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining independent work when appropriate

Key requirements

• NQ-3 years PQE in family law
• Genuine interest and experience in private family work
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
• Confidence to work independently when required
