AI Enterprise Architect

Overview

As an AI Enterprise Architect, you will shape the organisation’s long-term architectural direction in a data-driven environment. You translate business needs into future-state architectures, governance, and roadmaps that enable sustainable, scalable growth. You will lead cross‑portfolio alignment and work closely with delivery teams to balance strategy with practical delivery. This high-impact role offers the chance to influence senior stakeholders and define how technology and data capabilities evolve over time.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of future-state business and technology architectures
• Create and maintain capability models to guide investment and transformation
• Develop architecture principles, standards and governance processes
• Collaborate across portfolios to ensure architectural alignment
• Build and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities

Key requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise‑level architecture delivery
• Strong background in data‑oriented or data‑heavy environments
• Experience supporting large portfolios or complex change programmes
• Proficiency with architecture frameworks, modelling approaches and architecture tooling
• Excellent communication with ability to influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
