Project Manager – Real Estate

Overview

In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex real estate projects in Cambridge, acting as the main client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost, and quality targets are met. You’ll provide strategic input at project conception and define success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters. You will establish governance, plan proactively, monitor KPI-driven performance, manage change, and oversee finances and reporting. The role offers cross-sector exposure, a collaborative team, and a path to impact through a growing, entrepreneurial practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex real estate projects on time, within budget, and toQuality standards
• Serve as day-to-day client interface ensuring client objectives are met
• Provide strategic input at project conception to align approaches with objectives
• Define overall project success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance)
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues
• Establish governance, processes and systems for the project
• Create and maintain detailed project plans
• Apply performance management techniques and KPIs to improve project outcomes
• Oversee change control processes
• Monitor project finances and produce formal progress reports

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in relevant construction, real estate or project management discipline
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required
• Excellent communication skills, in person and written
• Professional membership desirable (RICS, PMI, or CIOB)
